About the Role Our client is seeking an energetic and supportive Preschool Assistant Educator to join their well-established learning center in Welkom . This hybrid role involves both on-site engagement with young children and some remote administrative or curriculum preparation tasks. You will work closely with lead teachers to deliver high-quality early childhood education, fostering a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment. Key Responsibilities Assist lead teachers in planning and delivering daily lessons and activities. Supervise children during playtime, meals, and transitions, ensuring their safety and well-being. Support children's individual learning needs and provide one-on-one assistance as required. Prepare classroom materials and learning aids, both on-site and potentially from home. Contribute to the creation of a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning atmosphere. Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and children. Requirements Previous experience in a childcare or educational setting, preferably with preschool-aged children. Understanding of early childhood development principles. Ability to manage classroom activities and maintain a safe learning environment. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
