They partner with primary care physicians to identify and support patients with suspected cognitive impairment, Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI), and dementia, bringing specialty-level cognitive care into the primary care setting. As a growing practice with structured systems and defined workflows, they're expanding their reach across partner practices and building a team that pairs clinical precision with real compassion for seniors and their families.The Opportunity:We are looking for an experienced Certified Medical Assistant with a strong background in primary care and working with seniors. In this role, you'll support the full cognitive screening and assessment process across one or more partner practices. You'll give digital cognitive assessments, prepare patients for cognitive visits, manage documentation, and run insurance prior authorizations.
