Real Estate Coordinator

Real Estate Coordinator – Minneapolis, MN (Full-time, in‑office with one remote day per week) Ryan Companies US, Inc., an industry leader in commercial real estate, is seeking a Real Estate Coordinator to support our portfolio of commercial properties. Responsibilities Communicate and work with external customers, subcontractors, and tenants. Coordinate tenant service requests. Process property invoices on a regular basis for manager approval; includes checking math, inserting vendor and account codes, copying, and filing. Process monthly rent statements and submit to tenants as required. Assist with planning tenant appreciation events. Track utility and supply usage amounts weekly or monthly. Maintain and update Certificates of Insurance for service vendors and tenants. Assist with lease administration and document storage. Coordinate vendor access and ensure compliance with building rules. Perform general administrative duties as required by team or department. Requirements 2+ years of strong administrative experience with an interest in real estate management. Strong organizational skills. Basic accounting/financial knowledge. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Word and Excel. You Will Stand Out If You Have Experience in real estate management. Eligibility Position requires verification of employment eligibility to work in the U.S. Compensation The base pay is $23.80 – $35.67 per hour ($49,500 – $74,200 per year). The rate may vary within this range based on location and candidate qualifications. The position may also be eligible for commission and/or an incentive program.
