Senior AI-First Engineer / AI-Led Software Development Lead - Generative AI Specialist
Location: Onsite. Atlanta, GA
Experience Required
8 12+ years in Generative AI in SDLC/SCM engineering, with demonstrated recent experience embedding AI tools and practices across the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior AI-First Engineer to lead the adoption of AI-driven software development practices across our /ERP engineering organization. This role goes beyond individual contribution - the ideal candidate will define what "AI-led development" looks like for ERP teams, uplift existing engineering talent through hands-on coaching, and continuously push the "art of the possible" using AI coding assistants, agentic workflows, and LLM-based automation across the SDLC. The candidate must combine deep SCM/ERP domain expertise with fluency in modern AI tooling and a strong ability to mentor and influence teams.
