TOGETHER for Youth
Together for Youth is seeking a Functional Family Therapist/Clinician to deliver intensive home-based family therapy in the Albany area. The role involves assessments, engaging youth and families, and coordinating with the Prevention team to support treatment planning and discharge planning.
Qualifications include licensure in LMHC, LMSW, LMFT, or LCAT, or eligibility for a limited permit, with 1–3 years of experience working with at-risk youth. Travel and flexible scheduling are required.
