• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2000-$2100

• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience required
• Experience working with all patient populations, including pediatrics
• Active New Jersey RN license or Compact RN license required at submission
• BSN required
• BLS required
• ACLS required
• PALS required
• Flu vaccine required
• Ability to manage limited requested time off

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients with a wide range of acute and urgent conditions
• Assess, triage, and monitor patients efficiently in a fast-paced ER environment
• Deliver care to adult and pediatric patient populations based on clinical priorities
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support timely treatment and patient flow
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with established protocols
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and thoroughly
• Support patient and family education while maintaining a calm, professional bedside presence
• Participate in weekend and holiday coverage as scheduled
