Store ManagerWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of Par Mar Store 126 in Ripley, WV. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability.Responsibilities:Recruit, train, and supervise store staffDevelop and implement sales strategies to drive revenueEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent serviceManage inventory levels and order products as neededMonitor and analyze sales performance metricsMaintain a clean and organized store environmentRequirements:Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar managerial roleExcellent leadership and organizational skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesKnowledge of retail management best practicesAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
