Educates the guest on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, introduction to our locker room and amenities, and helping them to have an unforgettable experience. Answers the phone with a smile and warm greeting. Is the brand ambassador, making sure the guest enters a clean, safe place with just the right lighting, music and scent to ensure that memorable experience. Remembers the small things that make The Woodhouse special—the guest’s favorite drink, the warm inviting neck wrap, personal details such as birthdays and anniversaries. Provides support for the leadership team by taking the lead to assure that the front desk activities run professionally and smoothly.
