How You Will Make An Impact Operate mini excavators and skid loaders safely to meet strict project specifications. Execute excavation, grading, and material handling tasks in diverse outdoor environments. Maintain daily equipment inspection logs to ensure maximum machinery uptime and safety. Collaborate with field operations crews to achieve daily federal project milestones. Adapt quickly to shifting project demands across various national travel assignments. Adhere strictly to government construction safety protocols and worksite guidelines. Required Qualifications & Experience Proven experience safely operating mini excavators and skid loaders on active jobsites. Willingness to travel up to 20% of working hours to various project locations. Strong commitment to workplace safety and proper equipment maintenance protocols. Ability to perform physical labor and operate heavy machinery in outdoor environments. Preferred Qualifications & Experience 5+ years of related work experience in general construction.
