Maintenance Assistant
Full-Time
Aspire Senior Living Platte City, a premier skilled nursing facility located in Platte City, MO, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Assistant to join our team. We are committed to delivering the highest quality personal care services in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Maintenance Assistant Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs
Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address any maintenance issues
Ensure all equipment and machinery are in good working order and functioning properly
Respond to and resolve resident and staff concerns related to maintenance and facility upkeep
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and quality standards
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and provide exceptional care to our residents
Maintenance Assistant Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Maintenance Assistant or related experience/skills in a long-term care/skilled nursing/senior living setting
