Full-Time Dental Hygienist – Join a Supportive, Growth-Focused Team in Easley, SC! $10,000 SIGNING BONUS!

Location: Dental Care on East Main, Easley, SC Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM; occasional Friday half-days Experience: 1+ year preferred, but new grads welcome to apply!

About the Role

Dental Care on East Main is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. This is a full-time opportunity to work in a supportive, patient-focused environment where your skills and contributions are truly valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene care
• Perform periodontal charting, scaling and root planing, and administer Arestin as needed
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, fluoride treatments (FL2), and overall dental health
• Utilize Velscope for oral cancer screenings
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting using Dentrix (experience preferred)
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure optimal patient care
• Support a positive and efficient workflow throughout the office

Qualifications

• Active South Carolina Dental Hygiene License
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred (new grads with the right attitude and eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply!)
• Familiarity with Dentrix and iTero is a plus
• Experience with periodontal therapy, Arestin, fluoride treatments, and Velscope
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and open to feedback

Qualifications:

• Current dental hygienist license
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office
• Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment
