Job Description

• Design Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and create tailored therapy strategies to help them reach their functional goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Interventions: Apply evidence-based techniques to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work effectively alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide thorough, holistic care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Share knowledge with patients and their families about therapy methods to encourage continuous progress at home.
• Track Progress and Document Results: Monitor patient outcomes and refine treatment as needed to ensure success.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized program.
• Engagement in ongoing education or advanced certifications encouraged.

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required.
