Lead Field Service Engineer

The candidates for this role are more elite and higher level than any of the other FSE roles. They must have a high level of mechanical aptitude to pass a hands-on test for this role. We are looking for critical thinkers and resolution-based minds who can find the answer. The candidates should have good written and spoken skills as clear and concise communications with our customer is a must.

Required Skills & Experience
- Associate degree or higher in electronics, engineering, or other applicable field of study; Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology preferred
- 8+ year previous experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of semiconductor capital equipment
- Prior team lead experience
- Excellent customer interface skills is required
- Mechanical aptitude is required as well as an ability to use appropriate tools
- Thorough understanding of technical issues involving the maintenance, repair and/or installation of company equipment and company procedures are required


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- 2-4 College Degree in Electronics, Mechanics, and/or Chemical fields and/or past military
background in the same fields
- If no degree, must have High School Diploma and solid background of at least 15+ years in the semiconductor field
