Pharmacist

Pharmacist - Up to $20,000 Sign-on Bonus

HealthCare Support is seeking a Pharmacist in Rochester, IN. This position offers a supportive pharmacy environment, competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to provide both medication management and clinical patient care.

Compensation:

• $56.49 - $65.29+ per hour, based on experience based on a 32-hour work week
• Up to $20,000 Sign-on Bonus

Schedule:

• Schedule established with the Pharmacy Manager based on business needs
• Store hours are:
  • Weekdays: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Sundays: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Daily Responsibilities:

• Fill and dispense prescriptions accurately, manage inventory and controlled substances, maintain pharmacy records, and ensure compliance with all applicable pharmacy laws, regulations, and quality standards.
• Provide patient counseling, medication education, vaccinations, and adherence support while assisting pharmacy technicians and maintaining an efficient, safe, clean, and customer-focused pharmacy environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Current pharmacist license in good standing
• Immunization Certification
