Real Estate Investment Sales Strategist - Acquisitions

Just direct home purchases — over 75 per year and growing. We're looking for our next great hire: a hungry, sharp, and coachable sales professional ready to grow with us on our acquisitions team. This is a full-time, in-office role in Austin. You'll spend your days researching motivated homeowners and meeting with sellers face-to-face across Central Texas — real relationship‑building work that actually moves the needle. What You'll Earn Base salary + commission structure Realistic first-year earnings of $100,000+ Long-term earning potential of $125,000–$165,000+ No income ceiling — your results drive your paycheck High performers don't get capped here.
