On-Site Property Manager - Hospitality (Entry-Level)

Description Heetwave Properties is seeking an Entry-Level Property Manager to join our team in the Hospitality industry. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of our properties in Chula Vista. This is a full-time position that requires on-site presence to ensure the smooth functioning of our properties and provide excellent service to our tenants. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the daily operations of properties Ensure properties are well-maintained and meet quality standards Handle tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed Collect rent, enforce lease agreements, and handle evictions if necessary Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Knowledge of property management regulations and best practices Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Payfuture Technologies
