If you're a natural leader who enjoys mentoring others, solving problems, and installing high-quality comfort systems, we want to meet you.We've built our reputation by putting people first—our customers and our team.What You'll DoLead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish.Install furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, ductless mini-split systems, and related equipment.Ensure every installation meets manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company quality standards.Mentor and develop apprentice installers.Communicate professionally with homeowners and keep them informed throughout the installation process.Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.Work closely with the installation and service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.What We're Looking For5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.Previous leadership or crew lead experience preferred.Strong knowledge of heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioning systems, and ductwork.Washington state 06-A electrical license, gas fitters license, universal EPA Card (within 6 months of hire)Valid Washington driver's license with a clean driving record.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Positive attitude, professionalism, and pride in your work.What We Offer$30-35 per hour, depending on experience.Company vehicle (for qualified team members).Paid holidays and VacationHealth, dental, and vision benefits.401k matching up to 4%Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities.Supportive leadership and a team that values craftsmanship, accountability, and growth.Why Ackerman Nolan?At Ackerman Nolan Heating, we believe great people deserve a great place to work.
