Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active SLP license in California (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; new graduates with strong school-based practicum may be considered
• Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 students
• Effective collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt and thrive in various learning environments

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of speech, language, and communication disorders among school-aged children
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other educational professionals to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain thorough documentation of progress and participation in multidisciplinary teams
• Provide teletherapy services as needed for remote or hybrid roles
