Hiring: Java Fullstack Developer at NYC, NY & Columbus, OH

Position: Java Fullstack Developer

Location: NYC, NY & Columbus, OH

Duration: 18-month Contract to Hire

We are looking for Software Engineers:

• Deliver production-grade solutions by integrating agentic AI, LLMs/SLMs, MCP, RAG, agent orchestration frameworks, and automation to elevate how clients experience our products.
• Build end-to-end capabilities across a cloud-native stack-React + TypeScript/JavaScript on the front end and Java/Spring Boot microservices on the back end.
• Establish strong engineering practices through CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Spinnaker), automated testing and load testing (e.g., Blazemeter), and production observability/monitoring (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace).
• Design, deploy, and operate scalable, event-driven micro-services on AWS using Docker, Kubernetes, serverless compute, and messaging patterns.
• Partner with stakeholders across product, design, data, architecture, and risk/control to deliver secure, stable, and scalable AI solutions that solve real business problems.
• Nice to have: Python experience for LLM engineering and data processing (e.g., building small services, automation, and evaluation harnesses).
