Assembly Operator
A growing manufacturing company in Thomaston is seeking an Assembly Operator to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for machine setup, troubleshooting, quality inspections, and maintaining efficient production runs.
Pay:
- 1st Shift: $16.94/hour
- 2nd & 3rd Shift: $18.94/hour
Responsibilities:
- Perform machine setups and changeovers.
- Conduct visual quality inspections during production.
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical and machine issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks.
- Maintain production and quality documentation.
- Follow all safety and production procedures.
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and work on the production floor.
