Ultimate Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. This opportunity is ideal for a therapist who enjoys helping residents improve daily function, regain independence, and achieve meaningful progress through individualized therapy care.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Complete occupational therapy evaluations and establish personalized treatment plans
• Provide therapy focused on self-care skills, upper extremity function, coordination, cognition, and safety awareness
• Introduce adaptive equipment and compensatory strategies to support independence with daily activities
• Work collaboratively with rehab staff, nursing, physicians, and families to coordinate care
• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate, timely documentation

Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
