Key Responsibilities:


- Deliver coordinated nursing care to patients according to established standards and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.

- Develop and implement effective care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Evaluate patient outcomes and adjust care as needed.

Job Requirements:


- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Experience: At least two years of recent experience in the field preferred.
- Licenses/Certifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice (required).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor (required).
- AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification (required).
- AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS certification (required).
