Hackensack Meridian Health seeks an Ambulatory Infection Preventionist to support organization-wide infection surveillance, prevention, and control across ambulatory sites, HMMG, and home health/hospice. You will lead IP activities, perform surveillance, and educate teams to reduce infection risks. You will collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, implement performance improvement initiatives, and participate in committees across #J-18808-Ljbffr Hackensack Meridian Health
