Job Title:Design Team CoordinatorReports to:VP, Design - UGG FootwearLocation: Goleta, CA (Hybrid)Typically, 3 times per week in office, Tuesday – ThursdayThe RoleAs a Design Coordinator for the UGG Footwear Design Team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the creative and operational flow of the team. You’ll partner closely with Product Line Managers, Product Development, and the Materials team to ensure high-quality and timely execution of each collection. We believe that when we bring our different perspectives to work, we are truly Better Together.Your ImpactProvide administrative support to the VP, Design and Senior Design Directors, including scheduling meetings and maintaining the team deadline calendarAssist with creating PowerPoint presentations for milestone meetings and manage contracts for outside contractors and consultantsTrain new hires on processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness for key meetingsAct as Department Procurement Representative, handling purchase orders, invoices, and paymentsMaintain uniform and retrievable filing systems for CADS tech-packs and other documentsCoordinate information across PD, Materials Team, PLMs, and Design throughout the seasonKeep the Design room updated with seasonal direction and briefs, and organize Design Team KickoffsSupport seasonal storytelling and material stories, review design documents for accuracy, and manage design room suppliesAssist the Design Team in preparing for meetings, organize samples, and archive materials each seasonTravel with the Design and Product Development Team as neededWho You AreBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience performing administrative tasks, adhering to project calendars, and executing against deadlinesProduct design or graphic design background, or equivalent experienceAble to travel domestically and internationallyExperience in fashion, apparel, or product developmentProficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and IllustratorExceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skillsFlexible, emotionally intelligent, and able to adapt quickly to changeClear, precise verbal and written communication skillsExcellent problem-solving abilities and able to navigate ambiguityHighly motivated, a team player, and self-starter with a strong work ethicInnovative thinker who brings new ideas to projectsAble to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work under pressureKnowledgeable in current trends and possesses an entrepreneurial spiritWhat We'll Give You Competitive Pay and Bonuses - We’ve created a variety of competitive compensation programs to foster career development, reward success and to show our employees just how much they’re valued.Financial Planning and wellbeing - No matter what financial goals our employees have set, we want to help them get there.
