Lead Nursing Operations

Lead nursing operations in a long-term care facility, ensuring high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance. Drive staffing, care plans, and performance metrics while supporting a skilled nursing team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide leadership and oversight for nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.
2. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.
3. Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and facility policies.
4. Document and report on clinical performance, staffing, and operational metrics regularly to management.
5. Execute staffing schedules, manage float requirements, and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.

Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota RN license.
• AHA BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years geriatric nursing experience, including 2 years in long-term care.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with EMR systems, preferably Matrix.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
