IT Project Manager

Managing vendor relationships and driving performance metrics, the full-time Sr. IT Project & Program Manager will oversee outsourced IT services, enhance asset management processes, and integrate AI into workflows while working remotely with occasional in-office collaboration. Key responsibilities Own day-to-day relationships with IT deployment and support service partners, ensuring SLA accountability and performance management Build and manage a metrics and reporting program for outsourced IT services, defining KPIs and conducting regular business reviews Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage vendor contracts, invoicing accuracy, and compliance across service partnerships Required qualifications 3+ years of relevant experience in IT vendor/MSP management, IT asset management, or a related field Proven experience managing outsourced service provider relationships, including SLAs and vendor governance Strong analytical skills with experience in building KPI/metrics programs and translating data into actionable recommendations Experience implementing AI into workflows and driving adoption Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience
