What You'll Do

Provide high-quality nursing care in the emergency department, utilizing the nursing process.
Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate care plans.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
Document clinical findings and interventions accurately.
Prioritize patient safety and comfort during high-pressure situations.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
Adapt care to meet the diverse needs of your patient population.

What You Need

Required:

Current registered nurse (RN) license in Louisiana
BLS certification
CPI certification
ACLS and PALS certifications
At least 2 years of ER or acute care experience

Preferred:

Additional clinical specialty certifications
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
