Serve as the primary liaison for clients, architects, and subcontractors - delivering responsive, professional service at every touchpoint. Anticipate potential project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies before issues arise. Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, support field teams, and maintain a cohesive, motivated crew. Coach and develop project staff, modeling a high-performance, solution-focused culture. Ensure thorough project documentation and full compliance with applicable safety and quality standards. What You Bring Communication & Relationship Skills: You build trust quickly, communicate clearly, and thrive in a team-driven environment with multiple moving parts. Industry Experience: 4+ years managing projects in commercial construction - experience in drywall or related specialty trades strongly preferred.
