Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking a Customer / Sales Support Specialist to lead the daily operations of our Customer Support Team. This is a critical role supporting both sales and operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while helping drive recurring service revenue. You will oversee support and maintenance contracts, manage vendor relationships, assist with quoting and renewals, and identify additional service opportunities. Key Responsibilities Prepare estimates and customer quotes Manage vendor and distributor relationships Oversee annual customer contract renewals Support and manage the Customer Service Desk Administer support and maintenance agreements Identify additional service and revenue opportunities Coordinate internal and external resources to support customer needs #J-18808-Ljbffr
