We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) Hospital.

Position : Registered Nurse

Location : Abilene, TX

Schedule : 6:30am-6:30pm, 6:30pm-6:30am

Duration : 13 - Week Contract

Unit : LTACH

Hourly Pay: $50.00

Per Diems negotiated for Travelers

What You'll Do:

As a Travel RN at our LTAC facility, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to medically fragile patients who may be recovering from severe illness, trauma, surgery, or chronic medical conditions. This role requires flexibility, a keen understanding of acute care practices, and the ability to adapt quickly to new environments

Responsibilities :

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures following LTAC protocols and standards.
• Monitor and respond to changes in patients' conditions, implementing interventions as needed.
• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely patient records.
• Educate patients and their families on the management of ongoing health conditions, treatments, and discharge planning.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and protocols to maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients.

Requirements:

• 2+ years LTAC, Medical Surgical/ICU experience
• RN Compact or TX License
• Immunization Records
