Job Details Specialty: Telemetry / Neuro Telemetry Position Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Spokane, WA Shift: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts Shift Length: 12-hour nights Hours Per Week: 36 Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,850 - $1,950 Start Date: September 8, 2026 Contract Length: 13 weeks Schedule: Every other weekend required; holiday coverage commitment required Charting System: Epic Patient Ratio: Approximately 1:5 Job Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; compact license required at submission At least 1 year of recent acute care nursing experience required Neuro telemetry or neurology nursing experience required Comfortable using the NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) and caring for post-surgical neurology patients Epic experience required Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications Experience managing patient ratios of 4-5 Ability to float between units as needed and work in a fast-paced hospital environment References required during the compliance process prior to start Responsibilities Provide high-quality care for neurology, neurosurgical, and telemetry patients Monitor telemetry, interpret cardiac rhythms, and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition Assess and manage post-operative neuro patients and patients with varied neurological diagnoses Support stroke care and other specialized neuro services within the unit Administer medications, coordinate interventions, and document care accurately in Epic Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support safe, effective patient outcomes Float to meet unit needs and maintain flexibility with scheduling expectations Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining strong clinical priorities Apply now for this Telemetry RN travel nurse job in Spokane, WA, and join a rewarding healthcare team today.
