Responsibilitie
- s:Lead high impact property tax planning, modeling, and compliance initiatives that shape project outcome
- s.Steer and coordinate with top advisors and law firms across the countr
- y.Act as the go-to property tax expert, connecting insights across teams and driving alignmen
- t.Represent the organization in discussions with state and local tax authorities on key project matter
- s.Champion process and technology enhancements that streamline operations and elevate qualit
- y.Take the reins on important processes and projects—charting the course, tracking progress, and delivering meaningful result

Qualificatio
- ns:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fie
- ld.5+ years of multi-state property tax experien
- ce.Juris Doctor, CPA, or CMI preferr
- ed.A curious, solutions-driven thinker with strong analytical skills who can independently drive work while partnering effectively across functio
- ns.Technical rigor with exceptional attention to deta
- il.Sharp communicator, with clear, confident writing and the ability to articulate complex issues in a way that lands with the audien
