Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Home Health Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/14/2026 Duration: 12 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Local Contract Work Location Address: 4041 MacArthur Blvd Suite 100 Newport Beach, CA 92660 Work Schedule: M - F 8:30 am to 5 pm Home Visits Required 13 weeks LOCAL OC CANDIDATES ONLY target area is South OCDuties: Job Summary: -The Clinical Nurse I –role provides direct patient care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act to assigned patients in the Home Health and/or Hospice setting. -The nurse collaborates with other disciplines of the health care team to ensure the delivery of safe, timely and appropriate quality patient care. -This includes providing physical assessments, IV, Infusion, nursing interventions, pain management, medication administrations, specimen collection, meeting nutritional needs, and teaching and discharge needs of the patients assigned. -Utilizes the nursing process based on evidence-based best practices to meet patient care needs. -Evaluates and adjusts the nursing care process as necessary with consultation as needed and confers with the appropriate resource personnel when making ethical/legal/medical dilemma decisions. -Performs other duties as assigned.
