We're partnering with a highly respected architecture and design firm seeking a Licensed Architect / Project Architect to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading projects, mentoring others, and working across a diverse portfolio of building types. What You'll Do Lead architectural projects from initial concept through construction administration. Prepare and coordinate construction documents using Revit. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal design teams throughout all project phases. Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Mentor and support junior architects and design staff. Ensure projects meet quality standards, client expectations, and applicable codes. What We're Looking For Licensed Architect (required) Strong proficiency in Revit Experience managing projects through all phases of design and construction Excellent communication and client relationship skills Ability to lead project teams while balancing multiple priorities Diverse project experience is a plus Project Types You'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including: Commercial Institutional Retail Industrial Residential Mixed-Use Developments Why Explore This Opportunity?
