Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Clamp Operator to join their team. As a Clamp Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the paper processing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Operate clamp machinery to handle large rolls of paper efficiently and safely
- Ensure proper loading and unloading of paper rolls to maintain workflow
- Inspect equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality
- Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks and operate machinery
