Job Summary Back of House / BOH Team Members are responsible for collectively working together to create an experience of excellence for every guest that comes to eat at any of our restaurant locations. We offer part time positions. Skills Excellent customer service skills Ability to multitask Attention to detail Ability to follow instructions, job related and team related Ability to stay focused and alert in a fast paced environment Ability to operate restaurant equipment such as cash registers Basic math skills and the ability to use a calculator Familiar with handling money and credit card transactions Become very knowledgeable with Tacos 4 Life food and Mission and be able to communicate both with our guests. Ability to work flexible hours, rotating from nights, weekends and holidays Recognize a problem and quickly work to get it resolved Team Player (communication skills) Physical Requirements Ability to handle prolonged periods of standing Ability to work with various kitchen equipment and cash registers Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Must be willing and able to work in a hot and humid environment Flexible hours, rotating from nights, weekends and holidays Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent, preferred Successful completion of on-the-job training This job will participate in tip sharing. MannaPacks are made up of rice, vitamins, soy and veggies and are sent to over 70 countries where they are distributed through schools, orphanages and CarePoints. We believe that food is the foundation that allows children to also receive medical care, education and skills training.
