Allied Health - Occupational Therapist

Overview The Occupational Therapist (OT) develops rehabilitation plans to improve daily living skills. OTs address physical, cognitive, and psychosocial barriers in inpatient rehab or home health. The ideal candidate will have expertise in occupational therapy and patient care, with experience in clinical settings. Key Responsibilities Assess functional abilities and develop therapy plans. Provide therapeutic interventions for motor skills. Educate patients on adaptive techniques. Document progress in EHR systems like Epic. Collaborate with healthcare teams. Adhere to infection control protocols. This position is essential for patient rehabilitation and independence.
