Your responsibilities may include:Providing direct nursing care based on individual patient needsAdministering medications and treatments as orderedAssessing and monitoring patient conditionsResponding to acute healthcare needsAssisting with management of chronic medical conditionsObtaining and documenting vital signs and other clinical informationMaintaining accurate and timely patient documentationCommunicating changes in patient condition to the appropriate providerCollaborating with the facility's healthcare teamFollowing established nursing standards, policies, and proceduresThe LPN provides care within the scope of practical nursing under the direction and delegation of a Registered Nurse.What We're Looking ForValid, unrestricted LPN licenseCurrent CPR certificationAbility to successfully complete a thorough background investigationDependable with strong communication and patient-care skillsComfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare teamNew Graduate?
