Your Role
As an RN at Beardstown Health & Rehab, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and supporting residents on their road to recovery and independence.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing compassionate, resident-centered nursing care
- Planning, coordinating, and overseeing quality care services
- Collaborating with physicians, CNAs, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Monitoring resident conditions and reporting changes appropriately
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Encouraging restorative care and resident independence
- Supporting residents and families with professionalism and compassion
- Maintaining established standards of nursing care and safety
- Assisting with additional duties as assigned by leadership
Who We're Looking For
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois
- Passionate about patient care and teamwork
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional
- Strong communication and organizational skills
