The Buckle, Inc. in Orland Park, IL is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to support sales, merchandising and day-to-day operations. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit new Teammates and provide leadership. The AIT path provides a progression to the Assistant Manager role, with responsibilities expanding at higher levels. In this role you will train and motivate Teammates, manage store activities, and step in for the #J-18808-Ljbffr The Buckle, Inc.
