Join our team and help deliver outstanding service to customers operating some of the world's most critical infrastructure.## **What You’ll Do*** Lead, coach, and develop HVAC field service technicians, dispatchers, and support staff.* Oversee daily service operations, including scheduling, dispatching, work orders, and resource planning.* Build strong customer relationships and resolve escalated service issues.* Monitor service performance, customer satisfaction, response times, equipment uptime, and profitability.* Manage budgets, labor costs, service inventory, and operational reporting.* Partner with third-party contractors and vendors to deliver high-quality service.* Improve processes to increase efficiency, reduce response times, and enhance customer experience.* Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and industry standards.* Travel up to 75% to support field teams, visit customers, and oversee service operations.## **What We’re Looking For*** 10+ years of experience in HVAC service or a related field.* At least 5 years of supervisory or management experience.* Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, service operations, and maintenance practices.* Proven ability to lead teams, manage customer relationships, and resolve complex service issues.* Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, operational metrics, and process improvement.* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.* High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, management, or a related field is preferred.* HVAC certifications or licensures are highly desirable.* Ability to travel up to 75% and support emergency service escalations as needed.## **Why Join Munters?*** Performance-based commission* Medical, dental, and vision insurance* 401(k)* Paid time off (PTO)* Employee referral bonuses* The opportunity to lead a team supporting the rapidly growing data center industry## **Ready to Lead?**If you’re passionate about service excellence, team development, and operational performance, we’d love to hear from you!**Apply today to explore your next opportunity with Munters.**Munters is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
