Sales Representative Intern Duties & Responsibilities

As a Sales Representative Intern, you will support business development efforts by connecting with potential customers, understanding merchant needs, and introducing WOW Brand's payment processing solutions.

Responsibilities include:

• Build and develop relationships with new customers and prospective business clients.

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.

• Identify potential merchants and generate new sales opportunities.

• Introduce and present WOW Brand's payment processing solutions, POS systems, and related services.

• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products and services.

• Promote customer satisfaction by providing professional and responsive service.

• Follow up on customer inquiries, concerns, and potential sales opportunities.

• Maintain knowledge of current products and services and learn about new offerings.

• Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, networking, and other business development activities.

• Meet with business owners to assess their needs and suggest suitable payment processing solutions.

• Support sales goals and contribute to the company's business development efforts.

• Participate in training sessions to strengthen product knowledge, communication, and sales skills.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

• Highly organized with strong time-management skills.

• Familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.

• Previous sales experience is preferred.

• Experience in payment processing, merchant services, or a related industry is an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

• Commission-only compensation: Starts at $300 per qualified account, subject to applicable account requirements.

• Unlimited earning potential: No cap on commission earnings, subject to the applicable commission structure.
