Personal Assistant (Child) Carlisle ILC-C-202 4hrs Weekend Support required for a 4-year-old child with Autism, a severe learning disability, and ARFID. Posted on behalf of Parents/Customer: We are seeking a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Personal Assistant to provide dedicated one-to-one support for a 4-year-old child with Autism, a severe learning disability, and ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder). This rewarding role involves helping the child to engage in everyday activities, develop skills, access the community, and enjoy meaningful experiences in a safe and supportive environment. The successful candidate will support with personal care, feeding, medication administration, communication, emotional regulation, educational and developmental activities, and community outings. The child is a happy and active young person who enjoys arts and crafts, soft play, outdoor adventures, sports, and exploring local parks and community spaces. We are looking for someone who can build a positive relationship, encourage participation, and make activities fun and engaging. Hours: Weekend hours available - average of 4hrs per week.
