Order Processor/Dispatcher - Make an Impact in Logistics & Shipping!

Job Description Job Description Join our fast-moving distribution team! We’re looking for an Order Processor/Dispatcher to keep shipments accurate, compliant, and on time for major retailers like CVS, Walgreens, Target, Walmart, Menards, and Dollar General. What You’ll Do: Monitor incoming automated orders (EDI/retailer feeds) to ensure accuracy Process orders through the system and generate shipping labels Coordinate with FedEx, UPS and LTL carriers for pickups and deliveries Track shipments, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery Communicate shipment status to sales reps and customers Follow routing guides and retailer compliance requirements What We’re Looking For: Detail-oriented, highly organized, strong communicator Team player who can also work independently Experience with processing orders for large retailers Familiarity with EDI systems and routing guides Comfortable with FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip & Microsoft Office 365 Acumatica experience is a huge plus Why You’ll Love It Here: ✔ Steady, full-time role (M–F, 8am–5pm, on-site in City of Industry) ✔ Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance ✔ 401(k) retirement contributions ✔ Paid Holidays, Vacation & Sick Leave ✔ Be part of a team that ships to the nation’s top retailers ⚠️ This is not a remote position — must work on-site daily.
