Part-time Weekend Event Marketing Representatives

$15+ per hour base, $40 per demo (from lead or appointment), .67 per mile reimbursement mileage. Florida Window and Door is seeking outgoing, motivated individuals to join our event marketing sales team , both weekday and weekend shifts available. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, working on a team, and earning commission in addition to base pay . Represent our brand at fairs, festivals, home shows, local expos and trade shows, retail and big box stores; promoting our industry-leading category 5 high impact resistant windows and doors to homeowners across the state of Florida. Requirements Strong communication and people skills Positive attitude and a team player mindset Sales-minded and/or experience in lead generation/appointment writing Comfortable standing for extended periods Must be available to work weekends Reliable transportation to event locations Bilingual a plus Benefits Hourly pay + commission bonuses + mileage + travel reimbursement.
