Responsibilities: • Train and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance. • Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders to keep the restaurant running efficiently. • Ensure food quality and customer service standards are met. • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner. • Supervise and coordinate team members during your shift to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications: • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. • Previous leadership experience in a restaurant or customer-facing role is preferred. • Experience in the food service industry. • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Compensation: $16 - $19 hourly
