Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) — Raleigh, NC

Salaried position | 9-hour OR days | 3, 4, or 5 days per week | 6 weeks off

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join our anesthesia team supporting surgical services in the Raleigh, North Carolina area. This is a salaried role — not a per-diem or shift-rate arrangement — offering predictable annual income, a fixed number of scheduled OR days, and six weeks off built into the calendar. CRNAs work in a care team model with anesthesiologist medical direction on site. Scheduled OR days are approximately 9 hours. No call, weekends or holidays.

SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION

Candidates select the schedule that fits them. Annual salary is based on 9-hour OR days across 46 worked weeks per year, with 6 weeks off:

Schedule - OR Days / Year - Annual Salary

3 days per week - 138 - $229,770

4 days per week - 184 - $306,360

5 days per week - 230 - $382,950

Salary is paid on a standard payroll cycle regardless of case volume in any given week. Figures above are exclusive of the signing bonus and benefits described below.

$10,000 signing bonus.

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program (MSN or DNP/DNAP).
• Current certification by the NBCRNA, and compliance with continued professional certification requirements.
• Active North Carolina RN and APRN/CRNA licensure, or eligibility to obtain it (licensure costs covered).
• Current ACLS/BLS/PALS certification as applicable to the case mix.
• Clean licensure and malpractice history.
• Comfortable working in a care team model with anesthesiologist medical direction.

PRACTICE DETAILS

• Raleigh Children's Surgery Center - ASC
• Restorative dental and oral surgery with general anesthesia for pediatric and adult special needs patients
• 3 OR's, 7-10 cases per day per OR
• Start date: Immediate
