Senior Labor & Employment Counsel - Strategic HR Partner

Lactalis USA is seeking a Lead Counsel, Labor & Employment to provide strategic legal guidance to HR and divisional leaders on labor and employment law across the United States. This role supports over 5,000 employees and collaborates with senior leadership on risk management and policy development.
The attorney will lead training, manage outside counsel when needed, and help design compliance programs across multiple jurisdictions, including handling major investigations and union negotiations
