Job Title: TRAVEL - PT - PHYSICAL THERAPY (762) - 8AM - 4:30PM
Location: Port Charlotte, FL
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 1424.49 - 1495.71
Schedule: 08:00 - 16:30
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: Valid Florida PT license; MPT or DPT degree from an accredited college or university; Acute care experience
Responsibilities:
- Perform physical therapy evaluations and treatments for inpatient clients
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop personalized treatment plans
- Utilize mobility equipment in patient care
- Adhere to unit policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation in Meditech EMR
