Project Manager

Familiarize yourself with the Zoho project management system to improve collaborative workflow and client communication. This role requires a proactive, hands-on results-oriented person with a knack for never letting anything slip through the cracks. The Project Manager will be heavily involved in client-facing communication and internal task management. They assist in moving projects through production with teams consisting of Designers, Developers, Copywriters, and SEOrs on a daily basis. Consistently maintain project deliverables while coordinating with various work groups using project management tools Monitor and adjust project schedules as needed to ensure timely delivery in line with client expectations, ensuring deadlines are met. Work collaboratively with department managers to balance employee workloads Develop and share regular status reports for internal project teams and upper management Serve as customer liaison on projects, facilitating weekly project updates and review meetings as needed Proactively identify issues before they become a problem and work with management to help facilitate the best resolution. Escalate issues or concerns to iNET management Provide feedback to upper management on team member contributions and performance for employee reviews Seek out and champion new development, organization, and implementation efforts. Ability to interact with all levels within an organization (provide direction/ structure to production teams, and reporting to management) Build strong rapport across various personalities to understand strengths, challenges, and communication preferences Ability to successfully manage and prioritize multiple clients and projects simultaneously Proficiency with technology, especially programs such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, Excel etc. Email game on point. Projects are primarily web-based (expansion, refinement, and redevelopment of existing client websites), and range from quarterly initiatives to 1-week turnarounds. Monitor tasks and projects on a day-to-day basis using project management software (Zoho), while keeping leadership and management informed as projects progress.
